What you get

If you complete the study requirements below, sit the real exam, and still do not pass, we refund the one-time Until You Pass purchase for that exam in full. Your access is not cut short while you re-study under an active Until You Pass purchase.

Eligibility

• You bought the exam with an Until You Pass one-time purchase (not free sample access alone, and not only a free Chapter 1).
• While signed in to the purchasing account, you completed at least one full-length final diagnostic for that exam on PrepTempo (all questions answered and results screen shown) before your official exam date.
• You request the refund within 30 days of receiving your official fail result, with proof (score report or official notification) and the email on your PrepTempo account.
• The failed attempt is for the same exam product you purchased (e.g. Series 65 purchase does not cover a Series 7 fail).

What does not qualify

• Using only free sample questions or free Chapter 1 without unlocking the course.
• Never completing a full final diagnostic on PrepTempo before the real exam.
• Subscription periods that are not Until You Pass one-time purchases (unless we state otherwise at checkout).
• Requests without verifiable proof of the exam result, or after the 30-day window.

How to request a refund

Email support@preptempo.com with subject line “Pass guarantee”, your account email, exam name, purchase date, and a copy of your official result. We aim to respond within a few business days.
